Account & sign-in
Trouble logging in? Use "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it by email. You can change your display name and profile picture anytime under Settings.
Subscription & billing
You can view, change or cancel your subscription under Settings → My Plan. If you subscribed through the App Store, you can also manage or cancel it from your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Your data & privacy
You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings. Your private content is encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is EverMind a medical service?
No. EverMind is a wellbeing companion — not a medical, psychological or emergency service, and not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US) or a crisis line such as Telefonseelsorge (0800 111 0 111 / 0800 111 0 222 in Germany) or the 988 Lifeline (US) immediately.
